- Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying their needs, and providing solutions.
- Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on the latest medical device technology, clinical data, and competitor products.
- Technical Support:Assisting with product demonstrations, providing technical support during procedures, and ensuring proper device usage.
- Sales Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
- Territory Management:Managing and developing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals.
- Travel:Traveling to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
