The Strategic Pricing Analyst will provide support for Government contracts in coordination with pricing activities across multiple Business Units (BUs) under the direction of senior staff. As part of the Government Contracts & Operations Group (GCOG) within the Strategic Customer Group Federal Government Team, this position is responsible for supporting pricing operations and compliance specific to the Federal Government customer segment. The Strategic Pricing Analyst will assist in maintaining pricing agreements, ensuring data integrity within ERP systems, and upholding internal controls and government compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:
Support pricing activities for Government contracts across multiple BU’s under guidance of Pricing Analyst and Manager
Process pricing entries for pricing agreements across various ERP systems to include new contract awards, contract modification awards, courtesy agreements, and agreement governance.
Analyze price adjustments, secure approval from Business Units, and manage change requests for pricing agreements related to courtesy arrangements.
Provide support in the implementation and ongoing management of pricing agreement governance and standard operating procedures.
Ensure adherence to SOX controls and standard operating procedures associated with pricing.
Deliver pricing support for solicitations, including preparation of proposal documentation and conducting compliance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review quotes, orders, and pricing.
Develop quotes using established government pricing and collaborate with Business Units for prices on non-awarded items.
Conduct analysis of expiring agreements, issue notifications to the relevant contract managers and business units and implement process changes as necessary.
About you: To be successful in this role, you require:
High School diploma with 5+ years of experience in pricing or related field.
BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar with 1+ years of experience in pricing or related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent analytical, strategic, and critical thinking abilities
Capable of converting data into practical insights utilizing MS Excel advanced functions and formulas
Proven track record of presenting data to end users through various tools, including but not limited to Power BI, Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Office applications
Must be able to swiftly build credibility, trust, and support across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Candidate should be able to create, present, and justify ideas and strategies to internal leaders and stakeholders, as well as influence and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to travel, up to ~20%.
