About the role

As Logistics Outbound Administration Officer you willsupport the smooth movement of goods to destinations around the world. This role sits at the heart of international transport operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, export compliance, and practical application of Incoterms. You will work in an international setting where precision, reliability, and clear communication directly impact customer delivery and regulatory adherence.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Administrative coordination of outbound shipments in line with agreed service levels
• Creation and verification of shipping and export documentation including CMRs, delivery notes, invoices, customs files, certificates, and dangerous goods paperwork
• Transmission of shipment information to carriers, customs authorities, and customers through EDI and other channels
• Oversight of export flows, identification of deviations, and escalation to compliance and quality teams
• Daily interaction with forwarders, customs offices, yard and gate teams, warehouse operations, transport planning, and transport support teams
• Application of Incoterms to support correct commercial and transport decisions
• Support for audit readiness by following quality, safety, and trade compliance procedures
• Contribution to process improvements through practical feedback and problem solving

About you

• Experience or education in logistics, transport, or a strong motivation to grow in this field
• Clear and respectful communicator who contributes well in a team environment
• Comfortable working independently while managing deadlines and priorities
• Readiness to work partly in rotating shifts and partly during standard office hours
• Strong ethical standards with care for accuracy and compliance
• Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of English; other languages are welcome
