本採用は、臨床の専門知識を活かし、医療従事者・営業・マーケティングと連携しながら、当社製品の価値を医療現場に届ける重要なポジションです。

医療従事者向けの臨床トレーニングや評価プログラムの企画・実施を通じて、製品の適正使用と医療の質向上に貢献していただきます。

また、社内においては臨床的視点から営業・マーケティング活動を支援し、エビデンスに基づく意思決定や戦略立案を後押しする役割も担います。

臨床・教育・マーケティングをつなぐハブとして、専門性と影響力を発揮できるポジションです。

業務内容

▪医療従事者向けの評価プログラムおよび臨床トレーニングを企画・設計・実施し、当社製品の適正使用、標準化された採血手技、正確な検体採取および臨床検査の実施を支援

▪営業担当者向けに、製品知識や採血・検体採取の基礎、臨床的背景を含む体系的な研修プログラムを開発・実施し、継続的なスキル向上をサポート

▪マーケティング部門のプロダクトマネージャーと密接に連携し、臨床エビデンスとマーケティング戦略の整合性を確保

▪事業部配属の新入社員を対象とした、臨床オンボーディングトレーニングの企画・実施

▪国内外の学術文献調査、学会・専門会議への参加、専門家との連携を通じた最新の臨床・科学情報の収集・評価

▪検証された臨床知見を社内プロセス通じて関係部署へ共有し、営業・マーケティング・戦略的意思決定を支援

▪医療従事者およびKOLとの専門的な関係構築・維持・強化

▪学会、ワークショップ、学術イベントなど、KOL育成および継続的なステークホルダーエンゲージメントを目的としたマーケティング施策への参画・支援

応募条件

▪臨床検査技師実務経験(5年以上尚可)

▪営業・マーケティングに対し、臨床的知見を分かりやすくプレゼンテーション能力

▪医療従事者向けの臨床トレーニング、教育プログラム、評価プログラムの企画・実施経験

▪採血、検体採取、臨床検査プロセスに関する基礎的かつ実務的な知識

▪国内外の学術文献を読み解き、臨床・科学的情報を評価・整理できる能力

▪学会・研究会・専門ミーティング等へ参加し、最新の臨床知見を業務へ活用した経験

▪医療従事者およびKOLと信頼関係を構築・維持できる高いコミュニケーション力

▪自律的に業務を推進し、変化する組織ニーズへ柔軟に対応できる方

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design, plan, and deliver assessment programs and clinical training for healthcare professionals to promote appropriate use of the Company’s products, standardized blood collection practices, correct specimen collection techniques, and accurate laboratory testing.
  • Develop and conduct structured training programs for sales representatives covering product knowledge, blood collection principles, and relevant clinical considerations, thereby supporting continuous capability development.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support in close collaboration with Marketing Product Managers to ensure alignment between clinical evidence and marketing strategy.
  • Plan and deliver clinical onboarding training for new employees assigned to the business unit.
  • Proactively identify, collect, and evaluate current clinical and scientific information through domestic and international literature review, participation in academic congresses and professional meetings, and engagement with subject matter experts.
  • Share validated clinical insights with internal stakeholders through established internal processes to support marketing, sales, and strategic decision-making.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) who provide clinical insight and advisory support.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including congresses, workshops, and scientific events, aimed at KOL development and sustained stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience (5+ years ideally)
  • Ability to clearly present clinical knowledge to support Sales and Marketing activities
  • Experience in planning and delivering clinical training, educational programs, and assessment programs for healthcare professionals
  • Fundamental and practical knowledge of blood collection, specimen collection, and clinical laboratory processes
  • Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate domestic and international scientific literature, and organize clinical and scientific information effectively
  • Experience attending academic conferences, research meetings, and professional seminars, and applying the latest clinical insights to business activities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Ability to work independently, proactively drive responsibilities, and adapt flexibly to evolving organizational needs
  • English proficiency is a plus
