Job Description

Role Summary

  • As a Customer Finance Compliance and Reporting Analyst, you will support the Customer Finance team in ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls, monitoring SLA performance, and contributing to analysis and reporting across Customer Finance. You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SOX compliance activities by maintaining documentation, performing control checks, and assisting with audit requests/
  • Monitor and report on SLA performance for collections and cash allocation processes.
  • Partner with Genpact and internal teams to gather data and ensure process adherence.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices in compliance and operational reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in financial systems.
  • Assist in preparing operational dashboards and performance reports.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the Customer Finance Operational Manager.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Finance, Sales, and Treasury to support operational excellence.
  • Assist in the preparation of DSO analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, compliance, or audit support.
  • Basic understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
