Medical and Clinical Affairs
The Medical and Clinical Affairs team provides scientifically sound and medically relevant support to deliver innovative, safe and efficacious solutions for BD customers.
About the role
AsClinical Specialistyou willfocuse on delivering clinical expertise and education to healthcare professionals, supporting the adoption of advanced medical solutions. It combines hands-on training, clinical consulting, and collaboration with medical teams to improve patient outcomes. The position requires strong engagement with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders to ensure best practices and evidence-based approaches are implemented.
Travel: 80% travel, including overnight stays
Fieldwork: mazowieckie, podlaskie, lubelskie region
Main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver structured product and educational training programs for healthcare professionals across multiple levels of complexity
- Provide clinical support and consulting to healthcare professionals in alignment with current national and international guidelines
- Coordinate customer projects with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and optimize processes
- Facilitate implementation of service solutions, including best practice training and e-learning programs
- Build and maintain credible relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies
- Gather and share medical insights to inform evidence generation and business strategies
- Participate in scientific exchange, exhibitions, workshops, and information events
- Document project processes and analyze performance using available data systems
About you
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
- Certified nurse with at least three years of hospital experience, ideally in intensive care, anesthesia, vascular access, hygiene, or oncology
- Strong understanding of clinical practice and ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Skilled in analytical thinking with a structured approach and commercial awareness
- Experienced in presenting to groups and facilitating discussions with confidence
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
