About the role
AsHRSD / Payroll Process Leadyou willstrengthen HR operations by supporting seamless service delivery across the EMEA region. It acts as a connecting point between Business Development, HR specialists, and outsourced operational teams to ensure a consistent, positive experience for colleagues and managers. The position also contributes to shaping and driving the HR roadmap, elevating service quality, and advancing process excellence across the Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle.
Main responsibilities will include:
Oversee governance and performance of the HR operating model in line with global and central HRSD direction
Build strong connections across internal and external partners to support the implementation of HR solutions
Guide third‑party providers to deliver compliant, high‑quality services and encourage standardized working practices
Partner with internal teams to enhance outcomes, uplift culture, and enable change initiatives
Support the creation and maintenance of policies, documentation, and processes across multiple HR areas
Resolve complex operational issues while promoting a high‑quality service mindset
Lead and contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Advance the EMEA HR roadmap by supporting planning, execution, and monitoring of priority work
About you
Experience of 4–5 years within the Hire‑to‑Retire field
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities applied across HR or related areas
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Confidence engaging with individuals at all levels across the organisation
Background in project coordination or project management viewed as an advantage
Digital Abilities Know‑How That Could Be Beneficial (Not Essential):
1. AI Literacy
Understanding how AI tools work, their benefits, risks, and limitations.
2. Data Literacy & Analytics
Interpreting dashboards, charts, or datasets to make informed decisions.
This includes basic analytics skills used in operations in HR space
3. Cybersecurity & Online Safety
Knowing how to protect accounts, use Two Factor Authentication, recognize phishing, manage passwords, and secure devices.
4. Cloud Collaboration & Workplace Digital Tools
Proficiency in systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, cloud storage, and shared document workflows.
5. Digital Communication Skills
Clear and effective communication across email, chat, virtual meetings, and digital platform
6. Digital Content Creation & Design Basics
Creating simple visual content, graphics, presentations, or videos using tools like Canva or Power Point.
7. HR Technology & Systems Enablement
Experience working with HRIS, case management, payroll, and service delivery platforms to support standardized, scalable HR operations. Ability to translate business requirements into system or process enhancements.
8. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement Mindset
Familiarity with basic automation concepts (e.g., workflow automation, macros, low‑code tools) and digital process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
9. Digital Service Management & Case Analytics
Ability to leverage digital ticketing, case management, and reporting tools to monitor service levels (SLAs), identify trends, and proactively address recurring employee issues.
10. Change Enablement & Digital Adoption
Support change management efforts related to new tools, systems, or process changes by contributing to digital enablement materials, user guidance, and adoption tracking.
11. Data Quality & Governance Awareness
Understanding the importance of data integrity, controls, and compliance when working across HR systems, vendors, and digital platforms, particularly in a regulated environment.
12. Vendor Technology Collaboration
Ability to partner with third‑party providers using shared digital platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance, compliance, and service delivery outcomes.
