Job Description
BD Interventional (BDI) est leader dans le développement, la fabrication et la commercialisation de technologies médicales innovantes, qui améliorent les conditions de vie dans les domaines vasculaires, de l’urologie, de l’oncologie et chirurgicaux. Notre entreprise a été fondée il y a plus de 100 ans et nous sommes les pionniers de dispositifs médicaux qui forment aujourd’hui la pierre angulaire de la médecine moderne. Rattaché au Marketing Manager BDI - Surgery, vous êtes responsable de la gamme Advanced Repair and Reconstruction intégrant les renforts de paroi abdominale, les dispositifs de fixation ainsi que les matrices destinées à la chirurgie esthétique et reconstructrice du sein. Votre mission consiste à identifier les évolutions et les priorités du marché français, et à répondre aux besoins des clients et équipes commerciales.
Responsabilités principales
- Assurer une analyse de marché et pratiquer une veille concurrentielle, technologique et économique.
- Contribuer aux activités de segmentation, ciblage et définition des propositions de valeurs alimentées par les analyses et interactions clients
- Définir la stratégie marketing et piloter la mise en œuvre tactique sur sa/ses gammes de produits et services. Participer à la définition de la stratégie Marketing et Communication en collaboration avec le manager Marketing : élaboration du plan marketing annuel, définition des tactiques associées (dont RACI et budget nécessaire), réalisation des livrables associés et indicateurs de performance, suivi trimestriel de la réalisation du plan marketing et mesure des écarts.
- Contribuer à la réalisation des plans stratégiques pluriannuels
- Concevoir et adapter les outils promotionnels en assurant leur validation interne
- Contribuer à assurer la conformité des initiatives marketing au regard des politiques externes (réglementations françaises et internationales) et internes à BD.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Région (EMEA, Global) ainsi qu’avec les fonctions supports (Affaires Médicales, Market Access/HEOR…) dans les projets marketing et transverses
- Suivre les ventes (KPIs, budget et indicateurs financiers), gérer les forecasts supply et financier
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du portefeuille de produits durant l’ensemble du cycle de vie (Pré-lancement, commercialisation, Discontinuation). Ces activités incluent la réponse aux appels d’offre, la gestion des ruptures et tensions d’approvisionnements, la gestion des communications relatives à la qualité de nos produits.
- Communiquer en interne, notamment auprès des équipes commerciales, et en externe auprès de nos clients, en mettant en place les actions tactiques et de communication.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des plans communication omnichannel
- Positionner nos solutions sur les congrès et événements pertinents avec la stratégie choisie.
- Contribuer aux activités marketing relatives au CRM (Qualification des leads, maintien de la qualité de la base de données, projets transverses…)
Profile recherché
- De formation supérieure type école de commerce avec un diplôme Bac +5 en marketing
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée sur des fonctions de chef de produit marketing dans le domaine de la santé, avec si possible une connaissance du domaine de la chirurgie.
- Votre anglais est courant
- Au-delà de ces missions marketing, nous recherchons un profil très orienté clients, réactif, engagé, agile, autonome, qui sache fédérer les équipes et capable de travailler dans un environnement complexe, ceci afin d’assurer un service de qualité auprès de nos interlocuteurs privilégiés.
- Dans un environnement de la santé particulièrement encadré, complexe et en constant changement, nous recherchons un profil autonome disposant de capacités organisationnelles et analytiques fortes
- Déplacement au minimum 30% du temps.
Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste: 45 000 à 55 000 EUR /an
