Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle for AI solutions — from scoping and requirements through implementation, validation, deployment, and steady‑state transition. 
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business needs into delivery roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria.
• Translate business needs into structured delivery plans, technical work packages, and execution milestones.
• Perform code reviews, environment configurations and performance diagnostics. 
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery involving data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned execution.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce delivery best practices, including model validation, QA/test processes, release management, and monitoring. Ensures compliance with data governance, security, and Responsible AI standards.
• Ensure production reliability through structured testing, risk mitigation, and smooth release processes.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Drive solution standardization, reuse, and process consistency to avoid siloed custom efforts.
• Provide technical mentorship with a focus on delivery frameworks, execution quality, and implementation discipline. 
• Stay current with relevant delivery tooling, MLOps technologies, and emerging AI/ML implementation practices.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML or technical solutions in product, engineering, or consulting environments.
• Experience deploying solutions into production environments with scale, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical deliveries with measurable impact.
• Experience working within agile, iterative delivery environments. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model lifecycle management, and MLOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (e.g., MLflow), and cloud‑based delivery patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks), infrastructure services and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and data compliance frameworks.
• Strong delivery management, planning, and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Expertise with delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead delivery, mitigate risks, and drive milestone execution.
