Ejecutivo de Cuentas Claves
Se encarga de mantener relaciones sólidas y rentables con las cuentas estratégicas definidas en la segmentación asignadas así como identificar oportunidades de ventas adicionales y desarrollar estrategias para maximizar el valor y la rentabilidad de la relación con el cliente. Colabora estrechamente con las Unidades de Negocio para garantizar la entrega exitosa de la oferta de valor y asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas, y el desarrollo de portafolios.
Funciones
- Identificar y establecer relaciones de confianza con clientes clave de la empresa. Esto implica comprender sus necesidades y objetivos comerciales, ofrecer soluciones personalizadas y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Estar constantemente buscando oportunidades de negocio que beneficien tanto a la empresa como al cliente. Esto implica identificar nuevas áreas de crecimiento, presentar propuestas comerciales y negociar contratos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con diferentes áreas funcionales y de negocio. Debe liderar y coordinar a estos equipos para asegurar un enfoque integrado y eficiente en la gestión de cuentas estratégicas.
- Analizar y evaluar las métricas clave de desempeño de las cuentas asignadas. Esto implica monitorear y reportar el rendimiento financiero, el cumplimiento de objetivos y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar y resolver problemas o conflictos que puedan surgir en la relación con el cliente. Esto implica colaborar con el cliente y los equipos internos para encontrar soluciones efectivas y mantener una relación comercial saludable.
- Mantener actualizado sobre las tendencias y cambios en el mercado, así como sobre las actividades y estrategias de la competencia. Esto ayuda a adaptar las soluciones y propuestas comerciales a las necesidades cambiantes del cliente y a mantener una ventaja competitiva.
Requisitos
- Universitario en área de la salud y/o administrativos
- 3 años en ventas manejando cuentas estratégicas
- 2 años de experiencia en manejo de proyectos especiales
- Ingles Intermedio
- Manejo de Office. Excel
- Manejo y experiencia en CRM preferiblemente SFDC
- Formación en técnicas de venta (BDWoS, SAM/ Strategic Selling)
