Resumen del Puesto:**

Buscamos un(a) representante de Ventas Internas dinámico(a) y orientado(a) a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo en BD de Colombia. El(La) candidato(a) ideal será responsable de generar oportunidades de venta, gestionar clientes existentes y cerrar acuerdos, todo ello desde una ubicación interna, contribuyendo al crecimiento general de la empresa.

Responsabilidades Clave:**

* Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de clientes asignada.
* Identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades de venta a través de llamadas en frío, correo electrónico y otras actividades de prospección.
* Presentar y demostrar productos y servicios de BD de Colombia a clientes potenciales.
* Preparar cotizaciones y propuestas personalizadas para clientes.
* Negociar términos y condiciones de venta y cerrar acuerdos.
* Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema CRM.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing y servicio al cliente, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
* Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de venta mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
* Mantenerse al día con el conocimiento de la industria, las tendencias del mercado y las ofertas de la competencia.

Cualificaciones:**

* Título universitario en administración de empresas, mercadeo o campo relacionado (deseable).
* Mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia comprobada en ventas internas o un rol de ventas similar.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.
* Habilidad demostrada para persuadir, influir y cerrar acuerdos.
* Dominio de sistemas CRM y herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Orientación a resultados y un fuerte deseo de alcanzar y superar los objetivos.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Se valorará el conocimiento de la industria de dispositivos médicos o de la salud (un plus).
