Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement FP&A Practices: Develop and execute FP&A best practices within the BU, focusing on simplification and standardization.
• FP&A Calendar Management: Communicate and manage the FP&A calendar through BU Hub organizations.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the BU P&L’s and reports, including those segmented by Hub, EMEA, WW package, etc.
• Collaboration with Analysts: Work closely with BP&A BU Analysts and SGA Analysts on respective financial areas.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data provided to stakeholders.
• Global Reporting Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for the Global Reporting Team for specific reports.
• P&L Monitoring: Support the BU Controller in monitoring P&L performance
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with CBLs, SGA Analysts and Comm Ops Analysts regarding Revenue, GP and SGA performance.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on inventory and shipping-related matters.
• Financial Partnering: Partner with Country Business Leaders (CBLs) in preparing and validating financials.
• Strategic Meetings: Conduct calls and meetings with CBLs for ASR, Budget, and Projection preparation, ensuring target alignment. Provide advice on action plans and track progress.
• Monthly Financial Reviews: Engage in calls and meetings with CBLs for month-end close (MEC) purposes.
• Risk & Opportunities: Identify and manage country/hub-specific risks and opportunities.
• Cross-finance Projects: Participate in BU-specific cross-finance projects, evaluating P&L and ROI of initiatives.
• Value Discovery: Identify and capitalize on value opportunities within the BU.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar financial planning role.
• Experience with full P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, revenue and expense analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization.
