Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales

  • Capacitarse en profundidad en las plataformas y soluciones de la unidad de negocios, a fin de identificar, articular y comunicar de manera efectiva los beneficios técnicos, clínicos, administrativos y económicos, destacando el impacto positivo de las soluciones en los clientes y el sistema de salud.
  • Analizar y mapear el territorio asignado para identificar el mercado potencial y las cuentas clave; recopilar y analizar información estratégica de mercado; desarrollar estudios de negocio y elaborar reportes periódicos sobre tamaño de mercado, participación (market share), oportunidades y competencia.
  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de abordaje comercial en el territorio asignado, planificando y ejecutando agendas de visitas y llamadas; liderar negociaciones con tomadores de decisión a todos los niveles, incluyendo alta dirección; y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante agencias de marketing, eventos farmacéuticos y redes del sector salud.
  • Gestionar de forma integral el ciclo comercial de las cuentas asignadas, brindando soporte continuo y articulando con las áreas internas de soporte (Técnico, Calidad, Finanzas, Supply Chain, entre otras), asegurando el seguimiento de todas las etapas del proceso de venta: cotización, emisión de órdenes de compra, planificación, suministro, logística de entrega y facturación.
  • Definir y administrar las condiciones comerciales y acuerdos con los clientes, asegurando la continuidad y sostenibilidad del negocio, con el respaldo y alineación de las áreas funcionales correspondientes.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de precios locales alineadas con los lineamientos globales (WW), elaborando cotizaciones competitivas y financieramente sólidas, mediante el análisis comparativo de productos, soluciones y ofertas del mercado, garantizando la coherencia con la estrategia de precios local y global.
  • Gestionar la estrategia de ventas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, utilizando inteligencia de mercado y pronósticos de clientes para consolidar los procesos de planificación y control del negocio, incluyendo S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), SOF (Strategic Operations and Financials), ASR (Annual Strategy Review) y proyecciones trimestrales.
  • Registrar de manera diaria y oportuna en el CRM todas las actividades comerciales, oportunidades, nuevas cuentas y contactos, así como mantener actualizadas las herramientas internas de seguimiento compartidas de la BU, asegurando la trazabilidad y el flujo adecuado de información para la toma de decisiones.

Formación académica y experiencia previa

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial en empresas de equipos medicos o farmaceuticas.
  • Graduado en Bioingenieria, Ing. Biomedica, Adm. De Negocios, Lic. En Comercialización, Ing. Industrial o disciplinas del sector farmacéutico relacionadas similares.
  • Capacidad de gestionar oportunidades de ciclo de ventas largos.
  • Inglés intermedio: mantendrá una entrevista en ingles y debe estar capacitado para presentar sus cuentas y avances/proyector/oportunidades en ingles en las revisiones de negocio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
