Job Description
Actividades y responsabilidades principales
- Responsable por la elaboración y ejecución del plan de ventas territorial en cuentas asignadas.
- Garantizar la actualización continua y precisa de la información de cuentas, contactos y stakeholders en Salesforce, asegurando una visibilidad completa del ecosistema de decisión.
- Gestionar integralmente el proceso comercial a través del CRM Salesforce, incluyendo: Registro y seguimiento de actividades diarias, Administración del pipeline de oportunidades, Gestión del ciclo de ventas bajo la metodología BDWOS sincronizando etapa con fechas reales, Actualización y análisis de datos clave para la toma de decisiones.
- Mantener una constante actualización en los productos del negocio al que pertenece, de los Competidores y las nuevas técnicas-tecnologías afines al mercado del negocio (s) al que pertenece.
- Asegurar la alineación con los principios de compliance, políticas internas y objetivos de rentabilidad del negocio.
- Mantener canales de comunicación abiertos y efectivos con el equipo de ventas, canal y marketing del negocio(s) y de Waters, así como con los demás asociados de Waters y los clientes.
- Liderar la relación con distribuidores puertas para afuera, asegurando una ejecución efectiva de la estrategia comercial mediante: Comunicación oportuna y estructurada de oportunidades comerciales hacia el canal, Formación y acompañamiento del equipo de ventas del distribuidor, Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan en el territorio como gerente de cuentas asignadas, funcionando como enlace clave entre Waters y el distribuidor.
- Recoger inteligencia del Mercado para dar soporte a las iniciativas y estrategias de marketing y favorecer el proceso de lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
- Revisión, elaboración y seguimiento de procesos de compra pública y privada.
- Dar soporte y seguimiento del proceso de elaboración y renovación de los contratos con clientes, así fuera a través de los socios estratégicos.
- Elaborar y actualizar forecasting mensual de clientes y de productos asociados para mejorar el FCA.
- Realizar otras tareas que le sean asignadas y que sean de su competencia, revisión de negocios, presentaciones, seguimiento de órdenes de compra, acciones de cobranza, entre otros.
Formación académica y experiencia previa (idiomas, herramientas informáticas)
- Deseable, Título Universitario en aéreas Médicas (Microbiologia, Biologia Molecular, Médico u otra profesión afin).
- Otras capacidades deseables (Diplomados, Magister, MBA, entre otros).
- Experiencia requerida: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en ventas de dispositivos médicos, equipamientos médicos, visita médica, tanto en los mercados privados y públicos.
- EXCLUYENTE: Conocimiento y experiencia en Microbiologia y/o Biologia Molecular.
- Nivel de idioma: Ingles Básico
- Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office Intermedio & SFDC.
