岗位职责:

概述:负责输注类耗材全品类,以四川重庆广阔市场的渠道开发管理为主。

一、业务规划

1. 达成业务指标,对代理商日常管理:

a.经销商进销存管理:满足销售供应、合理库存

b.经销商授权管理:经销商授权管理、结合公司业务需求,合理授权。

c.各返利项目的核兑和差异申诉。

d.负责公司各商务项目与渠道沟通及落实。

e.发票提交和审核的日常管理和培训。

2. 执行渠道网络的合理布局和融合调整,提升培养经销商,对负责客户有充分影响力。

3. 及时上报渠道风险

4. 千商万院项目的落地和执行,入院目标分解,协同销售经销商,落实新产品开发

5. 省(市)级平台相关事务:负责BU相关产品所在省平台的产品信息更新,配送关系设置等.

6. 省级平台挂网,带量采购资料和合同补充和建立

7. 执行DPMP"

二、资源协调

1. BDX渠道碧迪滴D平台共享

2. 区域不同产品线经销商资源整合

三、大客户管理

1. 负责加强医院渠道能力,以及重点/战略客户

2.借助渠道和招采客户核心客户沟通

四、个人效能

1. 知道医改/准入政策对业务影响

2. 招商会的组织,招商目标的落地和执行

3. 商务谈判BD利益最大化"

五、渠道合作

1.经销商赋能, 培训经销商团队支持经销商团队专业化发展。

2负责区域业务达成并负责经销商日常管理,收集反馈重要市场信息。

3 负责与销售团队协调经销商区域规划和商业计划。

4.组织经销商合规培训

5.负责公司各项经销商激励政策的落地

要求:
3年以上相关工作经验;有DSM或团队管理的经验至少2年
