The Product Sales Specialist will work closely with the Segment Marketing Leader in the assigned market segment for identified customers and accounts to drive sales growth for key defined products within the portfolio through clinical expertise and support, focusing on improvements in clinical practice. This role involves promoting only specific vascular access products within the defined therapy segments, providing clinical training, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure effective product adoption and usage.

  • Promote and sell Nexiva Diffusics & associated portfolios and advanced access devices to healthcare professionals and institutions across defined departments.

  • Provide clinical training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive product adoption and tender inclusion.

  • Work closely with clinical specialists and distributor sales teams to develop and execute aligned account strategies.

  • Create key accounts clinical programs – building and maintaining a funnel of opportunities.

  • Organize and conduct in-service trainings, product demonstrations to the assigned customers, as well as product clinical knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub distributors’ sales forces.

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics & clinical training metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular feedback to the country marketing team and validate marketing activities through customer feedback & insights.

  • Keeping abreast of product and practice updates by liaising with local clinical and marketing lead functions.     

  • Attend exhibitions, organize user groups, and conduct seminars to promote product & provide clinical education as needed
