We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Interventional Oncology team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual territory targets for our Pleural & Peritoneal Access product portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals across oncology, interventional radiology, palliative care, thoracic surgery, and other specialised areas to position BD solutions effectively and profitably.In this field position you will cover Southwest England & Wales encompassing Worcester and Portsmouth.

Our vision forPeripheral Intervention at BD
Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
About the role
As Area Business Manageryou willwork directly with healthcare teams to introduce technologies that support cancer care, complex conditions and patient comfort. The role sits within BD’s Peripheral Intervention business, which develops advanced products for vascular disease, cancer diagnostics and renal care.
This field-based role covers Southwest England and Wales, including Worcester and Portsmouth.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, supportive relationships with clinical teams by recognising their aims and service needs
- Developing detailed territory plans that promote sustainable growth
- Managing accounts to ensure smooth delivery of education, training and value‑based programmes
- Coordinating product evaluations, trials and in‑service activities with Clinical Consultants when needed
- Working closely with Sales, Clinical and Marketing colleagues to identify and progress opportunities
- Monitoring performance and ensuring achievement of agreed standards
- Positioning BD solutions clearly and responsibly across oncology, interventional radiology, palliative care, thoracic surgery and related areas
- Representing the portfolio with accuracy, care and a focus on positive clinical outcomes
About you
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in medical devices.
- Successful sales background, ideally within NHS environments, with understanding of procurement routes and contract processes
- Strong organisational approach and comfort working independently as well as within a wider team
- Skilled in MS Office tools and able to manage work digitally
- Experience in theatre settings is desirable
- Clear communicator with curiosity and a drive to learn continuously
