Job Description

Principales funciones

1.Realiza análisis de modo de falla y efectos para comprender las causas subyacentes asociadas a generar tiempo de paro, defectos o riesgos de seguridad para proponer e implementar soluciones sostenibles.

2.Realiza procedimientos de análisis predictivo para identificar cuándo y cómo pueden ocurrir averías y lo integra en los procedimientos de mantenimiento planificados (junto con el planeador de mantenimiento) y desarrolla procesos efectivos de gestión de activos.

3.Planifica evaluaciones de desempeño para delinear los puntos de referencia (benchmark) de desempeño de los activos, asegurando una operación productiva y segura.

4.Realiza análisis de causa raíz para evitar fallas de activos. Diagnostica fallas de activos para garantizar que no vuelvan a ocurrir.

5.Revisa los equipos recién instalados en planta con los ingenieros de proyecto para garantizar el máximo rendimiento en línea con la metodología VSU (Vertical Start Up)

6.Proporciona soporte técnico al personal de producción (personalmente o a través de su equipo de técnicos de producción) cuando se produce una avería para maximizar el rendimiento del equipo

7.Supervisa la eficacia general del equipo (OEE), comparando las pérdidas de producción, como defectos y daños del producto, con un punto de referencia de rendimiento para identificar posibles problemas con los activos de fabricación.

Requisitos:

Ingeniería (mecánica, industrial, eléctrica, ingeniería de fabricación preferida)
+ 2 años de experiencia en manufactura o funciones similares/ soporte en ajustes, mantenimientos menores, capacitación de personal, entre otras
Experiencia en sistemas de Excelencia Operacional (TPM, PM, TBM, FI, 5s, Seguridad, etc.), resolución de problemas y gestión del cambio en un entorno industrial.
Conocimiento en Mantenimiento Basado en tiempo, condiciones, confiabilidad, predictivo y “run to failure”
Inglés conversacional requerido para auditorías, reclamaciones, visitas técnicas de clientes
