Atividades:

Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos e requisitos de qualidade da sua linha de produção, bem como realizar os testes indicados e preenchimento dos planos de controle.
Garantir a funcionalidade e eficiência dos sistemas de inspeção automática, abrangendo sistemas de visão das estações de marcação, montagem e embalagem.
Operar as máquinas de marcação, montagem, embalagem, moinhos e seus periféricos, assegurando o cumprimento dos volumes programados de acordo com o mix de produtos.
Executar operações básicas em injetoras, nas quais não exista a necessidade de alteração de parâmetros ou ajuste/colocação de moldes.
Realizar as trocas e ajustes de itens consumíveis como por exemplo: guarnições, cordão das formas de formagem, facas rotativas, faca transversal e PADs, ajustes no sistema de impressão de lote, solda de correia, medição viscosidade da tinta e silicone para Nip Lines, além de suportar o OP III e Operador de Injetoras nas trocas de operações e acionar as equipes de manutenção quando necessário.
Ser responsável pelo controle e acuracidade do estoque de materiais através do consumo e geração de LP's da sua linha de produção via sistema MES.
Contribuir para os processos de melhoria contínua, atualizando os quadros do Tier 1, inserindo os comentários do hora à hora no MES, participar de soluções de problemas utilizando A3, e participar das reuniões de início de turno.
Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de segurança, identificando atos e condições inseguras nas suas máquinas, linhas e ambiente de trabalho.
Assegurar que seu equipamento está em perfeitas condições de operação e limpeza (seguindo a frequencia estabelecida no plano de controle), identificando oportunidades e comunicando as áreas responsáveis.
Realizar treinamentos operacionais para Operadores Multifuncionais I e II.
