Our vision for BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions at BD
The BD Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business unit aims to drive growth and develop our footprint within the clinical laboratories across the complete DS portfolio (from Microbiology to Molecular Biology Diagnostic Solutions).
About the role
You are the key responsible for the sales and growth of the molecular diagnostic market and the Women's Health in The Netherlands. The strategic positioning and market penetration of this product portfolio will be essential in the growth of the DS organization.
Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into various decision makers and influencers, and proactively engage with them.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with the audience through strong business acumen.
- Apply a project-based approach to daily activities.
- Collaborate closely with both the Benelux and European organizations.
- Manage a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Group to develop the market and influence guidelines and best practices.
- Oversee product validation and project implementation, including providing training.
- Raise awareness for product launches such as BDCOR, BD MAX, BD Viper LT, in new market segments.
- Drive the BD Surepath™ cytology business.
Experience and qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree, ( molecular biology e.g.)
- Network and experience in the medical molecular diagnostic market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business development skills and a strategical mindset.
- You are a Hunter, action oriented and driven for results.
- Creative and out-of-the-box-thinking approach.
- Proficiency in project management: mapping the potential and the decision of the business process and work through all steps of the solution selling approach.
- You act proactively and can build long-term partnerships.
- Advanced negotiation skills
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- Languages : Proficient in Dutch, English.
