Job Description

Als accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de proactieve verkoop bij onze key customers binnen een bepaalde regio in Nederland. Samen met ons dynamisch en klinisch ervaren sales team ben je het gezicht van de toonaangevende BD Interventieproducten (Peripheral Vascular Disease, End Stage Kidney Disease, Venous Disease, Ports en interventional oncology). Verantwoordelijkheden: 

  • Verkoop van het brede portfolio en innovaties in Peripheral Intervention van BD
  • Behalen van de sales targets voor jouw regio
  • Uitvoering van alle verkoop activiteiten. Introductie van nieuwe producten, zoals presentatie en training aan klanten, tot het afhandelen van contractonderhandelingen.
  • Training en uitleg geven aan de eindgebruikers over de producten
  • Het bouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met de klanten.
  • Proactieve analyse van markttrends en ontwikkelingen (observeert, analyseert en rapporteert behoeften, zorgen en meningen van accounts en verzamelt marktinformatie, concurrentie-informatie en algemene marktdynamische informatie) en de ontwikkelingen van concurrenten om concurrentievoordeel in de markt te garanderen
  • Vertegenwoordiging op geschikte congressen en beurzen.
  • Onderhoud van de CRM-tool Salesforce.com door het herzien, updaten en invoeren van informatie; accuraat en up-to-date houden

Jouw profiel:

Persoonlijke must haves:

  • Snelle autonomie dankzij jouw expertise in de Nederlandse gezondheidszorg waaronder concurrerende activiteiten en trends
  • Vlotte opstart door voldoende ervaring binnen of begrip van de ziekenhuisomgeving (bijvoorbeeld als verpleegkundige, operatie assistent of rontgen laborant)
  • Aangename klantencontacten dankzij sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
  • Goeie work-life balans via goed projectbeheer met efficiënt probleemoplossend vermogen voorop

Persoonlijke nice to haves:

  • 3-5 jaar saleservaring, extra plus als je dit hebt opgedaan in de gezondheidszorg (farmaceutica, medische apparatuur of Med tech)
  • Ervaring met het introduceren van een nieuw merk of product op de Nederlandse markt met bijbehorende uitdagingen is een pro
  • HBO denk- en werk niveau met goeie Microsoft Office-skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sterke winners-mentaliteit getriggerd door het omzetten van gelokaliseerde opportuniteiten in succesvolle verkoop
  • Teamspirit met een sterk verlangen om te leren en te slagen ondersteund door jouw collega’s en onze marketing
  • Uitstekend Nederlandstalig plus goede kennis van het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
