Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist (Trilingual) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization, ensuring excellent service to both internal stakeholders and customers across Belgium and Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and support inquiries in Dutch, French, and English.
- Process customer requests, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM and internal systems.
- Support contract administration and tender-related activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order and sales processes.
- Assist with reporting, sales data analysis, and preparation of presentations.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Support commercial projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Languages, or a related field.
- First professional experience in a sales support, customer service, administration, or commercial support role is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative mindset.
