Job Description Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the
distribution center. This role is responsible for accurately organizing, to ensure smooth workflow and on time order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• load, sort, and stage materials based on pick lists or load sheets
• Verify correct SKUs, quantities, and lot numbers
• Maintain clean and organized staging areas
• Communicate with forklift drivers, shipping, and production teams
• Use scanners or WMS systems to confirm staging activities
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read labels, pick lists, and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• RF scanner or WMS experience
