The role provides the flexibility to work on site 4 days and work remotely Friday on a weekly basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and resolve large volume of external (Distributor, GPO, Customer) and internal (BD sales, commercial integration teams, & CCO cross functional teams) adhoc inquiries (phone/e-mail/Salesforce cases) in a timely manner, using automation and reporting tools to proficiently review & research to meet partner needs.

  • Understand and support business and membership strategies to effectively communicate new customer pricing eligibility on GPO and/or local agreement requests.

  • Facilitate and lead external/internal calls to quickly address and/or resolve partner requests.

  • Ability to lead GPO Group Transitions, including effective collaboration with the BD Central Membership team to ensure roster alignment and effective dating is set up properly and timely for transitioning members.

  • Lead the removal and addition of member accounts from agreements efficiently across multiple ERP platforms (SAP Vistex, JDE), using BOTs and other automation.

  • Prepare Dealer Notifications and notify servicing distributors of all contract pricing and membership details stemming from a Group Transition.

  • Document, maintain, and centralize any membership related pricing exceptions into contracting playbooks.

  • Effectively communicate time-sensitive membership exceptions to other cross functional teams to ensure alignment in other downstream processes to avoid financial risks (chargebacks/claims processing, compliance monitoring, etc.)

  • Report out any local agreements that require modifications from GPO Transitions, using Power BI and/or other reporting tools. Communicate to local contracting associates GPO Transition details, so they can modify their agreements to ensure accuracy in GPO Fee reporting.

  • Provide support/training to distributor & customer community for Customer Care Portal related pricing and contracting search related inquiries.

  • Ensure portal training desktop procedures are kept current.

  • Help drive the design and implementation of solutions that improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in the GPO Group Transition process.

  • Responsible for maintaining Contract related training material and updating desktop procedures to support new system enhancements, modifications to process, etc.

  • Support SOX control audits: ensuring all vital documentation is provided timely.

  • Collaborate with our Distributor partners on the contract loading process, including EDI 845 onboarding. Participate in any required testing and ensure completion prior to launch.

  • Collaborate with our Business partners to drive continuous improvements around our GPO and/or Local contract execution and renewal processes that will help deliver sustainable results.

  • Collaborate with the Contract Finance Operations team on any related GPO or Local contract execution activities that can impact chargebacks processes and provide support on any vital collaboration calls with distributors if contract execution topics arise.

  • Provide subject matter expertise when collaborating with our SAP & JDE IT partners; be able to clearly articulate business requirements and run point as a testing lead to ensure technology functionality and performance appropriately supports contracting activities. 

  • Be accountable for KPI’s (key performance indicators), SLA’s (service level agreements), and Individual Impact Goal’s to meet the strategic goals of the organization.

  • Create and implement opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree

  • 1-3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areas

  • General understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations processes preferred

  • Proficient Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data to draw insights, use Data Mining tools (SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView)

  • SAP, Vistex, & JDE ERP knowledge preferred

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Effectively builds and maintains strong cross-functional business partner relationships.

  • Analytical problem solver with business insight.

  • Demonstrates a growth mindset to see opportunities for continuous improvement to drive value.
