Job Description

改善等BD Excellenceのサイトリードとして活動。

Act as the site lead for BD Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate team activities and improvement projects aligned with strategic objectives to eliminate operational losses.
Develop and maintain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio and support the governance process.
Promote and embed BD Excellence concepts and systematic improvement methodologies throughout the site.
Build organizational capability to establish strong foundations in safety, quality, and reliability.
Drive KPI improvement using data-driven visual management techniques.
Actively participate in improvement governance and action tracking processes.
Drive the management and continuous improvement of Facility & Utility infrastructure through reliability enhancement, maintenance optimization, and asset renewal planning.
