Job Description

Véritable gestionnaire sur son secteur, il  coordonne les opportunités clients avec les différents acteurs internes (BD) et externes (Clients).
Il est force de proposition auprès de sa direction pour améliorer la position concurrentielle de son unité sur son secteur.
Il met en place les stratégies nationales définies dans son plan d’action secteur afin d’assurer la promotion et la croissance de son secteur et plus particulièrement des axes stratégiques en vue de l’atteinte de son objectif commercial.
Il est proche de ses clients, très réactif et à l’écoute.
Il veille à assurer un service haut de gamme auprès de ses interlocuteurs privilégiés.

Il est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs et du développement et maintien du chiffre d’affaires sur ce secteur Ile-de-France (75,77 , 78 ,91, 92, 93, 94, 95).

Responsabilitésprincipales

  • Développer les ventes sur son secteur, gagner des parts de marché et mettre en œuvre des plans d’actions permettant d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Assurer le lancement des nouveaux produits, accompagner leur adoption et former les professionnels de santé à leur bonne utilisation.
  • Piloter ou contribuer aux appels d’offres en garantissant la qualité des dossiers commerciaux et le respect des échéances.
  • Développer une connaissance approfondie de son marché, des clients, des concurrents et des opportunités de croissance du secteur.
  • Collaborer avec les Responsables Grands Comptes et les équipes internes pour optimiser la gestion des comptes stratégiques et mener à bien les projets.
  • Assurer un reporting rigoureux des activités commerciales, des résultats, des gains/pertes de marchés et des informations concurrentielles via les outils de l’entreprise (Salesforce, BD Way of Selling).
  • Participer aux initiatives stratégiques de la Business Unit et aux projets d’amélioration des pratiques cliniques avec les équipes de soins.
  • Développer continuellement ses compétences commerciales et techniques dans le cadre de son évolution professionnelle et de son plan de développement.

Profilrecherché

  • Bac + 4/5 dans le domaine scientifique et/ou commercial et/ou diplôme d’infirmièr(e)
  • Expérience commerciale requise dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux en milieu hospitalier et services critiques
  • Connaissance de l’environnement des pharmacies, hôpitaux, cliniques, industrie pharmaceutique, laboratoires et laboratoires de recherche, industrie B2B...
  • Avoir une réflexion stratégique sur l’environnement, les réseaux d’influence et les schémas décisionnels
  • Capacité organisationnelle (planification, coordination)
  • Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel
