通过与所在区域的主要客户建立良好关系,来保证临床试剂业务量的显著增长。
主要职责
1. 负责向所在区域的主要客户提供技术支持和应用服务,推动临床试剂业务的发展;
2. 负责主要客户管理和正在进行的销售相关活动,达到销售目标;
3. 与经销商紧密合作,在销售和市场活动的每一环节提供管理支持;
4. 发展和管理新客户包括现有的客户群,与客户交流并了解客户需求;
5. 负责市场信息的收集,特别是竞争性信息。
岗位要求
1. 具有2年以上的主要客户管理和经销商管理经验;
2. 可接受压力环境下工作和出差;
3. 自我激励,结果导向;
4. 较好的沟通能力,团队协作能力,以及与客户合作的能力;
5. 较好的中英文书面和口头沟通技巧。
优先条件
1. 硕士及以上学历,临床医学或相关专业优先。
