Position Summary
The Deputy Marketing Manager (DMM) supports the execution of marketing strategies to drive growth for the Peripheral Vascular (PV) portfolio across India & South Asia. The role focuses on market development, product launch support, demand generation, clinical marketing, and field enablement. This position is suited for a high‑potential marketer with 3–5 years of experience seeking expanded strategic and operational responsibilities in a fast‑growing, clinically complex category.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Support
- Support annual marketing plans, therapy growth strategies, and portfolio performance tracking.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and opportunity sizing.
Product Launch & Clinical Marketing
- Assist in launch planning, messaging development, training content, and post‑launch tracking.
- Develop clinical materials, product collaterals, case studies, and therapy education tools.
Demand Generation & Field Support
- Execute marketing campaigns, workshops, CMEs, and customer‑facing programs.
- Create field enablement tools (selling aids, objection handling, competitive briefs).
KOL Engagement & Market Development
- Support KOL identification, scientific events, advisory boards, and Centers of Excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate clinician engagement and therapy awareness programs.
Insights, Analytics & CRM
- Analyze sales data, funnel metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain marketing dashboards, trackers, and CRM‑based insights.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Channel Teams for seamless execution.
- Support channel partners with marketing materials and product information.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance and internal approval processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities and budgets.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Graduate
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Exposure to product launches, field support, and clinician engagement preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strength in project management, execution, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to SAP/CRM preferred.
- High learning agility and ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Willingness to travel for field programs and customer events.
