Position Summary:

• Collaborate with supply chain teams in country, region to improve international and local delivery performance, Supply Chain process improvement and Supply Chain Cost
• Act as the Country Process expert to drive standardization of processes across Supply chains. This includes identifying areas of improvement in SCM function through a structured and objective framework
• Responsible to drive initiatives/projects in the Supply chain domain with collaboration from other stakeholders
• Ensure the supply of materials meets all requirements and minimum stock levels to ensure production continuity to meet customer demand, production build targets, and finished goods safety stock.
• Focus on process improvements and planning system expertise to facilitate excellent customer service and asset management.
• To resolve customer’s questions or complaints in situations where the team is unable to resolve and usually escalate the call to a customer service team lead.

Specific Knowledge / Experiences

• Project management
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macro creation, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Power Automate apps)
• Fair understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Power BI dashboard creation for KPIs, other metrics
• High degree of stakeholder and customer focus
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a diverse, highly matrixed, multi-cultural environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills
