Job Responsibilities

The position leads the end‑to‑end S&OP and demand planning process across businesses and distributors, while enhancing commercial operations through data‑driven insights, performance analysis, and distributor management. It also provides ongoing business support and process improvements to enable the Country General Manager to make informed decisions.

• Ensure standardized S&OP process across all BD businesses and distributors.

• Partner with SEA planning to directly work with Country and Business Leaders, Distributors and relevant stakeholders to establish (using Distributor in‑market and inventory data) accurate demand forecasting/planning.

• Support businesses to streamline and optimize sales and operations processes with distributors.

• Attend and ensure pre‑consensus meetings are conducted according to agenda and with high quality outputs.

• Analyze and provide comments to monthly country performance on In‑Market Sales, Trade Sales, and Future Days’ Sales (FDS) inventory level across all businesses.

• Track distributor PO compliance.

• Track shipment between RDC/source plant to distributors.

• Monitor distributor inventory level and operations health check.

• Support businesses to follow up improvement plans and operations processes with distributors.

• Analyze internal business trends and processes to enable Country General Manager to address or improve them.

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
