About the role

The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving regulatory activities across multiple projects and product lines. You will be responsible for launching of Medical Device & In-Vitro Diagnostic products in the Turkish market in addition to ensuring the absence of any regulatory issue in alignment with company standards and country regulations. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements by reviewing and approving advertising and promotional materials, leading regulatory and product-related documentation, along with providing local regulatory support.

Main responsibilities will include:-

  • Responsible for all regulatory activities including but not limited to pre-registration, registration and re-registration steps in accordance with local regulations and business strategies. 
  • Develop and maintain communication system with local stakeholders and regional partners 
  • Updating regulatory knowledge due to procedures and changes in local directives. 
  • Ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements by supporting all assigned regulatory aspects of product approval and post market compliance. 
  • Scheduling and prioritizing projects and planning submissions with the corresponding partners. 
  • Perform and manage Ad Prom local activities
  • Maintain the reimbursement prosses of Social Security Institute (SSI) on determined periods, collaboratively work with local teams, follow up on the approvals and inform business teams.
  • Keep the local business communication alive regarding registrations and reimbursement updates
  • Participating in relevant organizations representing the company.

About You :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English both written and verbally
  • Self-motivated and self-confident
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to work independently
  • Medical Device registration employee certification is a nice to have.
