PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Distribution leadership to resolve issues such as product damages, shortages, and deviations from shipping specifications.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound and outbound shipments, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.

  • Oversee timely and precise stocking of products by warehouse personnel.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure timely processing of all required documentation.

  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of shipping procedures, including the implementation of performance management practices.

  • Offer strategic leadership and innovative thinking, partnering with Technology teams to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements.

  • Maintain order fulfillment standards within BT, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery.

ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to overall warehouse upkeep by participating in general maintenance and organizational tasks.

  • Generate reports and provide insights to management while navigating multiple systems such as Brightree, Excel, and Salesforce.

  • Prepare customer orders for shipment by packing, sealing, labeling, and applying postage using appropriate tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and postage meters.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested to support operational needs.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations with a focus on distribution, inventory management, cycle counting, product serialization, and shipping.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
