We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement & Training Leader to enable our distributors, partners and sales colleagues to sell as effectively as possible.  The role reports into the Global Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train sales teams and distributors on product, value proposition, sales tactics, service, project management, partnerships and internal processes to enable the global organization to drive an effective sales approach.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various regions and market needs.
  • Ensure scalable deployment of training programs across regions using digital platforms and local champions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest product features and benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes (e.g. through surveys, knowledge tests and effectiveness scorecards)
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate sales teams and distributors on best practices and industry trends.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales leadership to continuously align training with evolving business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration in training efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Speak multiple languages at a professional level: English is required, and Spanish and German are ideal. Arabic, Portuguese, or Chinese are nice to have.
  • Proven experience in sales, sales training and development, preferably in a global context. Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies.
  • Experience in building and managing train-the-trainer models is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hospital, retail or central pharmacy are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt training programs to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to frequently travel internationally
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
