Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proficiency in Marketo to join our Greater Asia regional team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Regional Omnichannel Manager based in Singapore, you will be working with Greater Asia - Regional and Country teams to help achieve the marketing automation efficiency.
Minimal late meetings expected, as the role supports countries across a manageable time zone range — from India to Australia.
Step into a high-impact marketing automation role, powered by a fully integrated data ecosystem and seamless CRM alignment — enabling you to drive marketing excellence at scale.
Responsibilities:
Support development and execution of automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing and scoring for better results.
Assist in setting up and monitoring media buying campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Develop and implement prepopulated templates with different use cases for ease of use.
Map out triggers and content based on user actions to build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell.
Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimization and improvement.
Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from various campaign teams; responsible for minimizing unsubscribe rate.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and apply them to enhance our marketing efforts.
Provide training and support to team members on platform usage and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with proficiency in platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Practical experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, with a solid understanding of how data automation supports marketing strategies.
Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in lead generation and customer engagement — ideally within a B2B environment.
Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing automation campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and across countries, influencing diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency in campaign execution. Proficiency in an additional language from the Asia region is a plus.
