Job Description

The Customer Notification of Change (CNC) Data Analyst is primarily responsible for leveraging data, digital tools, and business insights to support the performance and continuous improvement of the CNC organization and customer experience. This role drives front-end reporting, analytics, KPI monitoring, digital tools development and enhancement initiatives while contributing to the optimization of CNC process. Secondly, the CNC Data Analyst is also expected to support customer notification activities to ensure business continuity and maintain a high level of customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support performance monitoring across the CNC organization and support decision-making & governance activities (analysis, trends, business insights…)

  • Analyze CNC operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced customer experience.

  • Responsible of the CNC ecosystem within Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), acting as the super user of the CNC room and dedicated trainer of the CNC/Customer facing users Lead the maintenance and enhancement of CNC digital tools, including business requirements gathering, issue investigation, testing, validation, and deployment of system improvements.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, customer feedback, and operational insights to increase process efficiency and service quality.

  • Partner with IT, Master Data, Commercial Excellence, and other cross-functional teams to improve data quality, system performance, and user experience.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate change control requests and determine appropriate customer notification strategies in accordance with BD procedures and notification policies.

  • Prepare, manage, and communicate customer notification packages, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Lead customer meetings dedicated to CNC management Serve as a point of contact for customers during the notification process, addressing inquiries and supporting change assessments in collaboration with project teams and customer-facing associates.

  • Capture customer decisions and feedback, communicate the Voice of the Customer internally, and contribute to customer-centric process improvements.

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Front-end Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operational excellence, project management, or a related function within the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable tools.

  • Strong experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting or data visualization tools is mandatory Customer-focused with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting digital tool enhancements, system validation, testing activities, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

  • Knowledge of change control, quality systems, project management, customer notification processes, or regulated environments is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in matrixial environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Fluent English required

€50,000 – €55,000 gross annual base salary
