Job Description
Rattaché au responsable Global Supply Planning de la gamme de produit, vous êtes responsable de la planification mondiale des produits finis fabriqués dans une des usines de notre réseau, avec l’objectif d’assurer l’optimisation du niveau de service aux clients et les niveaux de stock.
Principales responsabilités :
Piloter la réconciliation mondiale Demand/Supply sur votre périmètre et proposer les arbitrages nécessaires pour sécuriser le niveau de service, les stocks et les objectifs financiers.
- Piloter avec les équipes Supply Chain usine l'élaboration, la revue et l'optimisation du MPS afin d'assurer l'adéquation entre la demande mondiale, les capacités disponibles et les objectifs de service et de stock.
Définir la stratégie de stock du réseau, suivre les projections d'inventaire et coordonner les actions permettant de prévenir les risques de rupture, d'obsolescence ou d'excès.
Développer et recommander des scénarios alternatifs en cas de contraintes de capacité ou d'approvisionnement afin de soutenir les prises de décision.
Confirmer les dates de disponibilité des produits aux centres de distribution et assurer une communication proactive auprès des parties prenantes ; piloter la priorisation des besoins clients en cas de contrainte.
Préparer et animer les analyses nécessaires aux cycles mensuels IBP en mettant en évidence risques, opportunités et plans de mitigation.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance Supply Chain (OTIF, Back Orders, Stock), contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de planification, et assurer la gestion des master data de votre périmètre
Votre profil:
Formation bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain ou équivalent
2 à 8 ans d'expérience en Supply Chain, planification ou gestion des opérations industrielles
Maîtrise avancée d'Excel ; la connaissance de Power BI est un plus
La connaissance de SAP (ECC et SCM) est un plus
Bon niveau en anglais
Bonne capacité de communication
Orientation client et résultat
Forte capacité analytique et aisance dans l'exploitation des données
Esprit de synthèse et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
Capacité à influencer et fédérer des équipes internationales dans un environnement matriciel
Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement progressif pour développer votre expertise sur les processus de planification globale, l'environnement industriel et les processus IBP.
Ce poste est proposé dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 12 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation ou de poursuite de la collaboration à son terme.
Fourchette de rémunération : 50 000 € à 60 000 € brut annuels (salaire de base).
