Job Description
Nous recherchons un(e) Infirmier(ère) en Santé au Travail pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Becton Dickinson France. Le/la titulaire du poste aura pour mission principale d'assurer le suivi en Santé au Travail des collaborateurs et de participer activement à la prévention des risques professionnels au sein de l'entreprise, sous la supervision du médecin du travail.
Responsabilités
Réaliser les visites de Santé au Travail réglementaires et les éventuels examens complémentaires en fonction de l’état de santé du travailleur et de ses expositions professionnelles ;
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d'actions de prévention des risques professionnels, incluant des sessions de sensibilisation/formation et des études de poste ;
Contribuer à la veille sanitaire, à la traçabilité et à l’évaluation des expositions professionnelles ;
Conseiller les collaborateurs et la direction sur les aspects liés à la santé, la sécurité et les conditions de travail ;
Collaborer avec les différents acteurs de la prévention intervenant dans l'entreprise : service HSE, CSSCT, Assistant Social, service Handicap & Maintien dans l'Emploi, référents RPS, psychologue ;
Prendre en charge les urgences médicales survenant sur site et assurer les premiers soins pour les accidents du travail ;
Gérer et compléter les dossiers médicaux des salariés dans le strict respect du secret professionnel ;
Participer aux campagnes de promotion de la santé : dépistages, vaccinations, etc…
Qualifications
Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(ère)
Diplôme Inter Universitaire (DIU) en Santé au Travail ou équivalent
Expérience significative en santé au travail, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
Connaissance de la législation française en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, Outlook)
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, sens de l'écoute et discrétion
Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe
Rigueur, organisation et réactivité
Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) ; un bon niveau d'anglais est un plus.
Fourchette salarial: 35 000 et 50 000 €
