Job Description

Lead a high‑profile peripheral intervention territory while developing a sales team across NSW.

As Field Sales Manager - Peripheral Intervention (NSW), you’ll combine hands‑on selling with people leadership. You’ll retain ownership of a Central Sydney territory, working directly with clinicians and hospital stakeholders, while also leading and developing a team of four Territory Managers across New South Wales.

This role suits someone who enjoys staying close to the field while shaping how a team performs. You’ll be visible with customers, active in the territory, and closely partnered with the National Sales Manager - contributing to strategy, capability building and long‑term growth of the business.

Over time, this role offers genuine exposure and development toward broader leadership responsibilities.

Your Day‑to‑Day

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll balance hands‑on selling with people leadership, driving performance through capability, culture and execution.

Your day will include:

  • Owning and growing a Central Sydney territory within the Peripheral Intervention portfolio

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of four Territory Managers across NSW

  • Conducting regular field visits to coach selling skills, territory management and clinical engagement

  • Driving market share growth across peripheral intervention products

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies aligned to national objectives

  • Managing forecasts, pipeline reviews and performance metrics

  • Analysing sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

  • Partnering with Marketing, Clinical and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer support

  • Reporting performance, insights and opportunities to senior leadership

This is a role for someone who leads by example - credible in the field, trusted by the team, and focused on sustainable performance.

About You

You’re a strong commercial performer who enjoys developing others and creating a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven success inmedical device sales, ideally within Peripheral Intervention, Interventional Cardiology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Vascular

  • Field sales management experienceora clear readiness to step into leadership

  • Confidence coaching and developing sales professionals

  • Strong hospital and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive consistent execution

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational discipline

  • A leadership style that is supportive, accountable and visible

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting

  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within NSW

  • Experience from competitor organisations or adjacent interventional spaces is highly regarded.
