Job Description

BD Interventional (BDI) se centra en ser líder innovador en dispositivos que mejoran la vida en el campo de las intervenciones quirúrgicas, endovasculares, urológicas y de cuidados críticos con el objetivo de impulsar el tratamiento de enfermedades de alta carga y permitir procedimientos quirúrgicos e intervencionistas.

Ejecutivo de Cuenta BDI:

Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial e implementar la estrategia de negocio en su territorio. Su función principal es identificar oportunidades de negocio y cierres de venta dando visibilidad en la plataforma CRM de la empresa, construyendo relaciones a largo plazo asegurando la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente, a través de la educación, promoción y posicionamiento de los productos enfocados al área de radiología y oncología (viajes requeridos).

Principales productos a manejar: EnCor™ (familia de dispositivos de biopsia), EnCor Enspire™ Breast Biopsy System y PowerPort™ (puertos implantables).

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar y apoyar el plan para optimizar las ventas, la penetración y cuota en el mercado, así como mantener y desarrollar la cartera de clientes de manera
  • Ejecutar un plan de acción en el territorio asignado y lograr los objetivos de ventas.
  • Mantener el conocimiento de los dispositivos asignados, los dispositivos de la competencia, y las nuevas técnicas.
  • Comprender las políticas, procedimientos y regulaciones a fin de mantener un historial satisfactorio de cumplimiento.
  • Mantener una comunicación abierta y efectiva con todo el personal del territorio asignado, los clientes y los demás empleados.
  • Establecer y preservar las relaciones con todo el personal de las cuentas pertinentes, incluyendo médicos, enfermeras, técnicos, administradores, y líderes de opinión.
  • Proveer soporte técnico durante las cirugías y procedimientos médicos.
  • Entrenar a médicos y enfermeros en el uso de nuestros productos.
  • Reunir inteligencia de mercado en apoyo a las iniciativas de mercadotecnia y el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Apoyar en el establecimiento y la renovación de contratos con distribuidores.
  • Comprender y comunicar la disponibilidad del producto a clientes y distribuidores.
  • Monitorear y rastrear el proceso de licitaciones.
  • Asegurar la colección oportuna de producto.
  • Preparar análisis de ventas e informes conforme a lo solicitado.
  • Llevar a cabo otros proyectos que le sean asignados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura con título en áreas médicas: Enfermería, Medicina, Biomédica, o afín.
  • 2 años de experiencia en venta de equipo / dispositivos médicos en el mercado público y privado.
  • Relaciones previamente desarrolladas en la industria.
  • Habilidades sólidas de negociación.
  • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación (verbal y escrita).
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Enfoque al cliente.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Conocimiento de CRM Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Word y Outlook.
