Job Description
Pharmaceutical Systems (PS)
Con innovadoras jeringas prellenables, sistemas de auto inyección, sistemas de seguridad y tecnologías de agujas, el equipo de Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) ofrece una amplia selección de soluciones diseñadas para proteger, empaquetar y administrar terapias con medicamentos.
Ejecutivo de cuentas PS:
Es responsable de ejecutar el plan de ventas para la cartera de clientes asignada, actuando como el principal punto de comunicación entre el cliente y la organización. Asimismo, facilita y da seguimiento al proceso de venta desde la solicitud, cotización y orden de compra hasta la facturación y postventa, asegurando una experiencia de servicio de calidad. También contribuye al desarrollo de relaciones comerciales a largo plazo y a la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender clientes actuales y prospectar nuevos, dando seguimiento a sus solicitudes internas y externas para asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas.
- Establecer comunicación continua con clientes mediante distintos canales, funcionando como enlace entre el cliente y las áreas internas.
- Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones, órdenes de compra y procesos de postventa, asegurando acompañamiento durante todo el ciclo comercial.
- Definir planes de suministro y escenarios financieros mediante el análisis de información del cliente, mercado y datos internos.
- Identificar riesgos y oportunidades, proponiendo acciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
- Mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo, identificando desviaciones y ajustando estrategias cuando sea necesario.
- Coordinarse con áreas internas (supply chain, finanzas, servicio al cliente) para resolver requerimientos de manera ágil.
- Monitorear el desempeño de las cuentas y mantener visibilidad constante de resultados e indicadores comerciales.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de la cartera y el mercado asignado.
Requisitos:
- Residir actualmente en la Ciudad de México.
- Título universitario de licenciatura (apertura en cuanto a carrera).
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles comerciales, atención a clientes o funciones similares.
- Experiencia en gestión de cuentas y seguimiento de procesos comerciales, incluyendo atención a clientes, cotizaciones y manejo de órdenes de compra.
- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas como paquetería Office, CRM (ej. Salesforce) y sistemas administrativos (ej. SAP).
- Inglés avanzado indispensable; las entrevistas se realizarán en inglés.
- Competencias clave: comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados, organización, atención al detalle, construcción de relaciones y razonamiento lógico-matemático.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un rol de contribuidor individual.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo, incluyendo viajes ocasionales a Guadalajara (1–2 veces al año) y desplazamientos a Toluca según requerimientos del negocio.
