Job Description

BD Interventional (BDI) se centra en ser líder innovador en dispositivos que mejoran la vida en el campo de las intervenciones quirúrgicas, endovasculares, urológicas y de cuidados críticos con el objetivo de impulsar el tratamiento de enfermedades de alta carga y permitir procedimientos quirúrgicos e intervencionistas.

El Gerente de Canal de Distribución será responsable de desarrollar, implementar y gestionar estrategias para optimizar los canales de distribución de Becton Dickinson México, asegurando una entrega eficiente de productos, penetración en el mercado y relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Funciones:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias integrales de canales de distribución alineadas con los objetivos generales del negocio y las demandas del mercado.

  • Identificar, evaluar e incorporar nuevos distribuidores, mientras se fortalecen las alianzas existentes para maximizar el desempeño en ventas y la cobertura de mercado.

  • Negociar contratos, términos y condiciones con distribuidores, garantizando acuerdos mutuamente beneficiosos.

  • Monitorear el desempeño de los distribuidores frente a KPIs establecidos, proporcionando retroalimentación periódica e implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.

  • Colaborar de manera transversal con los equipos de ventas, marketing, logística y cadena de suministro para asegurar un flujo eficiente de productos y soporte a los socios del canal.

  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, actividades de la competencia y retroalimentación de clientes para identificar oportunidades de optimización y expansión de los canales.

  • Gestionar presupuestos y recursos asignados a las actividades de canal, asegurando eficiencia en costos y retorno de inversión (ROI).

  • Proporcionar capacitación y soporte a los distribuidores sobre los productos, políticas y estrategias comerciales de Becton Dickinson.

  • Preparar y presentar reportes periódicos sobre desempeño del canal, insights de mercado y recomendaciones estratégicas a la alta dirección.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, regulaciones de la industria y requisitos legales dentro de la red de distribución.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o carrera afín. MBA deseable.

  • Mínimo de 7 a 10 años de experiencia en gestión de canales, gestión de ventas o desarrollo de negocio en la industria de dispositivos médicos, farmacéutica o salud.

  • Historial comprobado desarrollando y gestionando canales de distribución, cumpliendo objetivos de ventas y expandiendo participación de mercado.

  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación, comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones efectivas con distintos stakeholders.

  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con enfoque basado en datos para la toma de decisiones.

  • Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas, con capacidad de influir y motivar a socios externos.

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) y CRM (Salesforce).

  • Dominio fluido de español e inglés (oral y escrito).

  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de México y ocasionalmente de manera internacional.
