Job Description

Shared Service Center (SSC) - BD cuenta con Centros de Servicios Compartidos alrededor del mundo,  los SSC utilizan plataformas y herramientas para procesar la información de manera estandarizada con una mejora continua y compartiendo las mejores prácticas. De esta manera permite organizar las actividades, con el objetivo de proporcionar condiciones a cada entidad local para focalizar sus recursos en las operaciones que la empresa necesita en esta nueva etapa de crecimiento.

Planeador de la Demanda y Suministro

Apoyar en el proceso de S&OP (sales and operations planning) en la región mediante el cumplimiento y mejora continua de las actividades referentes a demanda y suministro con el objetivo facilitar la comunicación y toma de decisiones en los diferentes niveles del proceso (local, regional y global).

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Elabora el pronóstico de demanda del negocio correspondiente, mediante el análisis de los históricos y estadísticos de demanda adicionando la información del área comercial y financiera que permita tener exactitud en el pronóstico de lademanda.
  • Determina el nivel de inventario óptimo con base en su clasificación ABC y variación de la demanda que asegure su disponibilidad, minimice riesgo de destrucción y permitan determinar el nivel de reservas con el área financiera.
  • Minimiza las órdenes de venta no surtidas a clientes por falta de inventario en producto terminado revisando semanalmente la causa raíz y proporcionando fechas de disponibilidad a Servicio a Clientes para surtir el producto.
  • Elabora el plan de suministro de manera mensual, considerando los elementos de planeación (órdenes de compra, inventario actual, etc.) para asegurar el nivel de inventario y cumplir con el objetivo de venta mensual.
  • Lidera la junta mensual de S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning - Planeación de Ventas y Operaciones), preparando la información de cada uno de los pilares e informando al área comercial y financiera sobre los riesgos y oportunidades para lograr las métricas y objetivos establecidos

Requisitos:

  • Estudios en Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Actuaria o afín con título profesional.
  • 3 años en Planeación de la Demanda o Cadena de Suministro en empresas de retail, fast moving goods o dispositivos médicos.
  • Conocimiento de funciones avanzadas de Excel (Bases de datos, Pivot tables, tablas dinámicas, macros deseables)
  • Conocimiento de SAP y/o JD Edwards
  • Conocimiento de análisis de riesgo (deseable)
  • Manejo de MPS o MRP.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Capacidad de análisis numérico y lógica
  • Tolerante a la frustración
  • Proactivo
  • Enfoque de servicio al cliente
