Job Description Summary
As HRBP Italy & Greece you will provide a top tier HR support and strategy execution with focus on specific Business units & Function Organization. The HRBP will report to the Director HR Italy & Greece and will work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre (ASC) and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues to ensure a phenomenal employees and managers´ experience.Your role will be to partner the relevant management teams within the businesses and functions assigned to build and implement predominantly medium to long-term people solutions aligned to the business strategy and assist with day-to-day people needs.
As a member of the EMEA HR Community you will also contribute and drive regional initiatives as well as collaborates on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs, and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success.
The position will be also accountable for Learning in country initiatives and some projects that will be implemented during the year.
Job Description
Provide HR business partnering support for managers to identify and resolve business needs, implement organizational plans and build key capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives.
Mentor and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people management/leadership skills and constructively encouraging appropriate behaviors, actions and leadership values.
Be the talent advisor, facilitator, and champion. Support talent reviews and follow through on development actions to ensure strong succession pipelines for critical roles.
Works with the management teams and Total Rewards function during the annual Compensation Planning time to ensure alignment of rewards to performance.
Provides consultation and benchmarking insights for job offers based on business needs.
Look for trends and root causes as opportunities to improve organizational/team and associate happiness. Track claims & charges and measures improvement.
Partners with COEs to craft, develop and deploy updated processes or changes.
Build and implement learning initiatives at local level
REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA degree in Economics, Law, or HR related field.
At least 2 years Professional experience in HR roles.
Experience in partnering with diverse client groups and commercial organizations
Experience in complex matrix organization, preferable in Medical Device company
English Proficient.
All HR related disciplines including: talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations.
Ability to build supportive relationships and challenges the status quo.
Possesses coaching and consulting facilitation skills.
Results driven and action oriented including the ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity.
Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in responding to business and environmental needs.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels, functions and cultures.

Our target base salary range for this role is between €40,000and €45,000per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
