As a Service Center Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inbound and outbound shipping and receiving processes. Your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center within our warehouse facility. This position is 5-days onsite in our Millcreek Drive, Mississauga, ON location, working regular business hours with potential shifts based on business needs including overtime as necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving of instruments, equipment, spare parts, and tech tools for repair, refurbishment, and servicing activities across various BD businesses.
- Coordinate equipment decontamination and maintain accurate records for all business units.
- Oversee and manage inventory tracking
- Maintain service areas according to protocols, SOPs, and ensure general area cleanliness, in compliance with company quality programs, including support of CAPA, audit and business needs to ensure appropriate site management.
- Perform regular cycle counts of spare parts, tech tools, demo, and loaner instruments.
- Work in multiple ERP systems to support daily activities, including SAP, ServiceMax, and others.
- Support with our Health & Safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment and adhering to company policies.
Education and Experience required:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years warehouse, shipping-receiving related experience.
- Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a hand truck for heavier items.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or College education preferred.
- Prior experience working with ERP and CRM systems strongly preferred.
- As needed, willing and able to acquired, and maintain required certifications (e.g. Health & Safety, Hazmat).

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors that contribute to the range displayed. The range displayed iscomprisedof wages, which includes base salary and commission, as well as certain components of our bonus programs. The salary offered to a successful candidate may vary based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and work location.
Salary Range Information: $28.21 - $53.85 CADHourly
