Job Description

Resumen del Puesto**

El Coordinador 2, Capacitación en Manufactura, será responsable de asistir en el diseño, desarrollo, implementación y evaluación de programas de capacitación para el personal de manufactura, asegurando la mejora continua de habilidades y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad de CCT Critical Care Technologies, S.R.L.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Colaborar con gerentes y supervisores de producción para identificar las necesidades de capacitación del personal.
* Asistir en el desarrollo de materiales de capacitación, incluyendo manuales, presentaciones, ayudas visuales y ejercicios prácticos.
* Programar y coordinar sesiones de capacitación, tanto presenciales como virtuales, para grupos de empleados.
* Facilitar (liderar) sesiones de capacitación sobre temas relacionados con procesos de manufactura, operación de equipos, seguridad y calidad.
* Evaluar la efectividad de los programas de capacitación a través de exámenes, observaciones y retroalimentación.
* Mantener registros precisos de la capacitación completada por los empleados.
* Apoyar la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y procesos mediante la capacitación del personal.
* Asegurar que los programas de capacitación cumplan con las regulaciones internas y externas aplicables.
* Participar en la mejora continua de los programas y materiales de capacitación.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**

* Estudiante de universidad en Ingeniería Industrial, Biomedica, Educación o un campo relacionado.
* Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en capacitación o desarrollo de personal en un entorno de manufactura.
* Conocimiento sólido de principios de capacitación y metodologías de aprendizaje para adultos.

* Habilidad demostrada para desarrollar y presentar materiales de capacitación de forma claras y efectivas.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo multifuncional.
* Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

*Conocimiento en Mejora continua, Solución de problemas o 5S. (Preferible)
* Se valorará experiencia previa en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
* Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
