DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO

NOMBRE DEL PUESTO: ALMACENISTA

RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES DEL PUESTO:

Es responsable de surtir los materiales necesarios para las lineas de producción, así como de mantener el area de almacen presentable y participar en los inventarios fisicos generales que se realizen. Responsable de las funciones de recibos y envios de materiales.

RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS DEL PUESTO:

Responsable de descargar el material de las cajas o trailers, y checar que las cantidades de material vengan bien y acomodarlo en los estantes del almacen Responsable de mantener los materiales y estantes libres de polvol, basura, etc. Responsable de mantener todas las cajas de material cerradas con tape e identificarlas (número de parte, lote, cantidad, etc.) Responsable de surtir materia prima a producción a tiempo. Responsable de recibir los materiales de devolución y/o subensambles del departamento de producción y localizar el acomodo adecuado. Responsable de surtir materiales adicionales que se requieran, una vez que este autorizado. Responsable de mantener libre el acceso a las mangueras y extinguidores contra incendios, asi como respetar las lineas y señalamientos de toda el area. Responsable del buen estibado y acomodo presentable del material evitando dañar cajas, cartones, pallets, materia prima, etc. Responsable de observar la seguridad personal y de los compañeros de trabajo durante la utilización de montacargas y montacargas manuales así como usar diariamente el equipo de seguridad personal (zapatos, guantes, uniformes, etc.) Dar comentarios y sugerencias sobre mejor utilización del equipo y espacio del area del almacen. Responsable de reportar daños o desperfectos del equipo utilizados en area de almacen. Responsable de mantener los montacargas en buen estado y funcionando adecuadamente. Responsable de mantener buena relación dentro de la compañia con todos los departamentos y compañeros de trabajo. Responsable del llenado correcto y buen control de las papelerias utilizadas en relación de los materiales (cantidades, número de lote, unidad de medida, etc.) Responsable de la realización de ciclocuentos. Responsable de procesar etiquetas con código de barras para los shippers. Entrenado en: BPM’s, Seguridad e Higiene, control de materiales, manejo de liquidos flamables, manejo de montacargas, manejo de extinguidores, capturar datos en el sistema, control de papelerias como packin list, receiving memos, etc. Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones y estándares aplicables según lo definido en el manual de calidad, Seguridad y medio ambiente de BD, como lo regulado por el sistema de informática (I.T. Enterprise).

EDUCACION:

Graduante de Secundaria o equivalente

EXPERIENCIA:

previa experiencia de un Año en similar posición aceptable.

HABILIDADES:

Habilidad para leer, entender, llenar formatos que contengan datos numericos, frases con instrucciones, domicilios etc,…

Ser capaz de efectuar operaciones aritmeticas incluyendo el uso de decimales, porcentajes y fracciones

Habilidad para organizar, mantener registros,

Buscar, dar y recibir informacion relacionada a las actividades asignadas
