Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
Supports the department in different business-related tasks.
 Ensures for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of
specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
 Defines requirements and plans the project life cycle deployment.
 Defines resources for project and program implementation.
 Identifies and solves project issues effectively.
 Oversees and directs the project team and manages conflicts within the different team members.
 Performs team assessment and evaluations.
 Leads proposals preparation and supervises analysis of AFE (Approval Funds) requirements, prepare
preliminary execution plans, supervise data, collect, and collate to complete the technical and financial
part.
 Exhibits leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks & migration plans.
 Responsible to maintain project on track and report progress to management on a regular basis.
 Leads project members and follow up on action items identified as necessary for on-schedule project.
Participate in the projects design reviews along with the design review team. Interact with suppliers
together with the Commodity Managers.
 Prepare status reports for project/reviews, provide guidance, advice & support to Engineers &
Technicians in areas of: Project Leadership, Technical Consultation, Documentation, General
Manufacturing Practices.

Education and Experience:
College degree, three years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Proven experience in project management, leading complex and multiple projects at least 5 years
preferably.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools preferably.

Proven experience in people management preferably.
Proven experience in risk management preferably.
Experience in Product Development is desired.
Experience in Quality Assurance is desired.
Project Management Certification is desired
Knowledge of molds and Automation processes is desired.
