Becton Dickinson Infusion Therapy Systems Inc., S.A. busca un Guardia de Seguridad comprometido para proteger las instalaciones de la empresa, bienes y personal. El candidato ideal será responsable de mantener un ambiente seguro a través de la vigilancia y la aplicación de políticas de seguridad.

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Vigilar y patrullar las instalaciones para detectar y prevenir robos, vandalismo, incendios u otras actividades ilegales.
* Controlar el acceso de empleados, visitantes y vehículos a las instalaciones, registrando entradas y salidas según los protocolos establecidos.
* Inspeccionar bolsos, paquetes o vehículos según sea necesario para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad de la empresa.
* Responder a alarmas, emergencias o situaciones de seguridad, siguiendo los procedimientos de emergencia y notificando a las autoridades pertinentes si es necesario.
* Operar y monitorear equipos de seguridad como cámaras de vigilancia (CCTV) y sistemas de alarma.
* Redactar informes detallados sobre incidentes, actividades sospechosas y observaciones diarias.
* Realizar rondas de seguridad programadas y no programadas, asegurando el perímetro y los puntos de acceso.
* Proporcionar asistencia a empleados y visitantes en caso de emergencias o inquietudes de seguridad.
* Hacer cumplir las políticas y regulaciones de seguridad de la empresa de manera profesional y cortés.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**

* Educación secundaria completa (bachillerato o equivalente).
* Experiencia previa comprobable como guardia de seguridad, preferiblemente en un entorno industrial o corporativo.
* Licencia de seguridad válida (si aplica en la jurisdicción).
* Capacidad para operar equipos de seguridad y sistemas de comunicación.
* Excelentes habilidades de observación y atención al detalle.
* Fuerte sentido de responsabilidad e integridad.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas, tanto verbales como escritas.
* Capacidad para permanecer de pie o caminar durante períodos prolongados.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
* Conocimiento básico de primeros auxilios y respuesta a emergencias.
