Job Description
We are looking for a independent and driven Territory Manager to develop and grow our Surgery portfolio in Norway, with a strong focus on Hernia Solutions and Breast Reconstruction.
This role suits a self-starter who thrives on ownership, frequent travel, and building business from opportunity to execution. You will work autonomously in the field while collaborating closely with the wider Nordic organization.
You should expect regular travel throughout Norway (up to 4 days per week), including overnight stays depending on location. The position requires strong planning skills and a genuine willingness to try new approaches in a complex hospital environment.
You will receive comprehensive onboarding, including a two-week international intensive product and clinical training program, followed by continuous follow-up training and coaching.
