Job Description
Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur de production, l’Opérateur de production (quart de soir) est chargé d’opérer les équipements de production et de veiller à la conformité ainsi qu’à la qualité des produits diagnostiques. Il/elle participe également aux activités d’assemblage et de conditionnement des trousses dans un environnement contrôlé de salle propre.
Horaires: du lundi au vendredi de 15h15 à 23h15, incluant une pause de 30 minutes + prime de soir.
Responsabilités :
- Opérer les équipements de production et s’assurer de leur approvisionnement en matières premières.
- S’assurer de la conformité des produits en effectuant les contrôles de la qualité et de réconciliation des produits dans le respect des procédures établies;
- Organiser le travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de performance de la ligne de production;
- Résoudre les problèmes machines mineurs et les escalader au superviseur immédiat lorsque requis;
- Assure le respect et le maintien des exigences reliées au système qualité ainsi que les règles de santé et sécurité au travail.
Éducation et Experience:
- Diplôme d’études secondaires est un atout,
- Expérience dans l’accomplissement de tâches routinières et/ou manufacturières est un atout.
Connaissances et compétences requises :
- Connaissance des normes BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO14001 et du QSR (Quality System Regulation) est un atout;
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes mécaniques mineurs.
- Connaissances de base en informatique (MS Office, Outlook);
- Aptitude à suivre des méthodes de travail détaillées et rigoureuses;
- Capacité à soutenir une cadence de travail élevée tout en assurant précision et qualité;
- Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
- Agir comme un agent de changement positif, en respectant les procédures et processus établis et en s’adaptant aux évolutions;
- Ouverture aux opportunités d’amélioration continue et d’apprentissage;
- Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie;
- Démontrer un esprit d’équipe collaboratif et une attitude ouverte et respectueuse.
Exigences physiques et Milieu de travail :
- Capacité à travailler debout et soulever des charges d’environ 15 Kg occasionnellement.
- L’opérateur de production doit utiliser un habillage spécifique : sarrau, bonnet, masque, gants, lunette de sécurité, souliers de sécurité (fournit), etc. selon les tâches à effectuer.
